YNS Ceramic Plate
Created in collaboration with Yellow Nose Studio, these ceramic plates sit between tableware and sculpture. Designed by Kai-Ming Tung and Hsin-Ying Ho (Ying), the pieces reflect their architectural background and their interest in how shape, texture and material affect the way we experience an object.
The studio occasionally creates special editions exclusively for us, evolving existing forms, experimenting with new glazes and allowing the making process to shape the final result. Each piece carries subtle variations and traces of the hand, making it distinct from the next.

Packaging
We pack your products in FSC qualified boxes and wrapping. For every tree used to make the cardboard, a new tree will be planted.
Fulfilment
If your order includes bags of coffee, we will fulfil and dispatch your order on Thursdays, when we roast.
Shipping
You order will arrive within 2 business days from the order fulfilment (see fulfilment) within Holland.
In Store
Most of our products are also available at our store in Amsterdam.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns at the moment. If your product is faulty please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Tracking
We will provide you with your tracking number so you can see when your package is scheduled to arrive.
Uncommon x Sensitive Boy
a range of unique handmade ceramics by artist Julia Saldaña
To enhance the experience at our cafe in Amsterdam, we came together with Julia to design an unique line of tablewear. We were on a quest to design ceramics that were as aesthetically pleasing as practical and we think we've come pretty close!
Artisans
Each product has its own story, its own trajectory and its own remarkable or exceptional craftsmanship.
Sensitive Boy Ceramics (@sensitiveboi) is owned and operated by Julia Saldaña, an artist and potter from Boston. She received a BFA in ceramics from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2017, and relocated to Amsterdam in 2018, where she teaches in addition to her independent ceramic practice. Her favorite thing about the Netherlands is how often people buy each other flowers.
