Can I make a reservation for your cafe?

At the moment we are only working with reservations at the door. Although it can get busy on some days, we usually make it work. Worst case scenario it will be a short wait for a table. We will make sure to make it worth it!

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of Europe and most countries worldwide. At checkout your possibilities and shipping costs will be calculated. Please be aware that all duty costs incurred will be at your own expense (including to the UK), unfortunately we can not advise you about these fees. Shipping times can be delayed due to worldwide hold ups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Can I return or exchange my item?

At the moment we are not able to offer returns, so make sure to be certain of your purchase. If your product is faulty we will of course find a solution, so please send an email to within 2 days of receiving your item.

When does the coffee taste the best?

We recommend to let your coffee degass for one week after we roasted the coffee (we roast on Thursdays, your roasting date will be on your bag of coffee). It is best to store your coffee away from direct sunlight. Consume within 3 months of the roast date.
