We roast to order, which means your order will be roasted, wrapped and dispatched on our roasting day (currently Thursdays), which means we cannot send your order out immediately. Please be aware that your order can therefore not arrive immediately after placing the order. We recommend degassing your coffee for one week before consuming.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional costs, duties or taxes incurred after dispatching the package. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping delays and hold ups may occur, especially during this time, please be aware that these lead times are out of our hands and we are not liable for any delays or damages occurred during the shipping process.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
