Varia VS3
Introducing the 2nd generation Varia VS3! A zero-retention, all-purpose electric grinder. The VS3 is compact and slim, with a minimalistic design approach for ease-of-use. It is suitable for all brewing methods from the finest espresso to the coarsest cold brew.
The hopper is designed at an acute 76.5° angle which results in an exceptionally low retention of less than <0.1g over a 10g dose. It has stepless grind adjustments and wields 38mm high nitrogen 420 stainless steel conical burrs. The outer burr design is machined out of one piece of stainless steel for precise alignment, concentricity and stability while grinding. The body is powder coated in high grade scratch resistant spray, with a matte finish, making it durable and easy to clean.
