Every coffee has its own uncommon story; its own unique microclimate, variety, altitude, and processing methods. We have the privilege to share these untold stories with you; stories that are as rich and diverse as the terrain from which the coffee cherries grow.

Every coffee has its own uncommon story—its own unique microclimate, variety, altitude, and processing methods. We travel to origin every year to uncover these stories; to find out more about each individual farm so we can spotlight their distinctive flavours when we roast.

Central to our ethos is building close relationships with the people who produce our coffee. In our quest to learn more about our producers and their land, we have also witnessed countless instances of crop disease, unpredictable rainfall, and price fluctuations. More importantly, we’ve seen the exceptional accomplishments, bravery, and creativity that our producers and their communities show in the face of such complex environmental and socio-economic challenges.

Our Coffee

Each cup is a homage to the legends behind these remarkable and uncommon coffees.

Our coffee offerings change with the season. Each season we select different origins, innovative processing methods or newly discovered varieties; coffees that will encourage your curiosity. Every coffee has one (un)common denominator, they showcase the inspiring stories of the legends behind these remarkable coffees.

Our Roastery

Our roasting style intends to highlight and preserve the intricate flavour characteristics of the farmer's skilful work

Being a fruit, coffee is seasonal so expect regular shifts in our offering. We rarely have the same coffee for more than six months, as this is typically when we notice a decline in the coffee's quality. Our roasting style intends to highlight and preserve the intricate flavour characteristics of the farmers' skilful work, showcasing the unique flavour profiles and processing methods from origin.

Our Impact

Central to our ethos is building close relationships with the people who produce our coffee.

In our quest to learn more about our producers and their land, we have witnessed countless instances of crop disease, unpredictable rainfall, and price fluctuations. More importantly, we’ve seen the exceptional accomplishments, bravery, and creativity that our producers and their communities show in the face of such complex environmental and socio-economic challenges.

Sharing these inspiring stories will bridge the gap between our suppliers and consumers and will lead to more understanding and conscious consumption.

Together with our partners at origin, we set up projects to support their journey. We believe that as roasters, we play an important role in the sustainability of the entire supply chain and we take that serious. Find our more about how we continuously take small steps to implement more sustainable practices and improve our impact.
