Webshop Gift Card
Surprise your favourite people with a gift card to our web store and let them select their favourite coffees, design items or equipment for home brewing.
Once you choose your desired amount and purchase the e-gift card, you will receive an email with a unique code. You can either send this e-mail to the person you would like to gift something to, or alternatively, print it out and give it in person. These gift cards are for the webshop only and not to be used in store.
These gift cards are redeemable on all items in our online store except for subscriptions.

Packaging
We pack your products in FSC qualified boxes and wrapping.
For every tree used to make the cardboard, a new tree will be planted.
Fulfilment
If your order includes bags of coffee, we will fulfil and dispatch your order on Thursdays, when we roast.
Shipping
You order will arrive immediately after purchase.
In Store
Most of our products are also available at our store in Amsterdam.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns at the moment. If your product is faulty please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Tracking
We will provide you with your tracking number so you can see when your package is scheduled to arrive.
